My Booty Boot Camp challenge is now coming to an end, but that doesn’t mean that I wont continue my hard work. I’m finally starting to see some results after only 3 weeks of training, which I’m thrilled about. It makes me wanna implement some of the exercises in my weekly workout  routine . One of my favorites is called The Pistol Squat or Single leg squat, is one of my favorite, because it is very efficient. It is a great bodyweight exercise for building massive strength on the butt along with balance and mobility.  Hopefully it is not the last time that I will be spoiling myself with one of Joanna’s training programs.
