On the way to the Hamptons I had to make a stop at Stone Barns, which is a non-profit farm that is dedicated to promoting sustainable agriculture and local food. It was built by the Rockefeller family in 1890’s and was re-etablished in 2004 to the Stone Barns Center, that also has an amazing restaurant called the Blue Hill – they serve contemporary food using only local ingredients from the farm. I meet this incredible woman called Laura, that gave me a inside view in modern sustainability … Just amazing to come from a busy city life in Manhatten and 2 hours later be in the greenest and most calm surroundings!
Just the perfect day to wear this easy linen dress from Woodwood and sandals…
