  1. The Never-Ending Collaboration Talk We Still Crave

Stine Goya and artist John Kørner have a mutual fascination with colours and the magic they create when combined in new ways. This led to a print collaboration earlier this year which was integrated with Goya’s autumn/winter 2015 collection, and now they have raised the collaboration several notches and created something new: a piece of jewellery art. The neckpiece, made of handcrafted glass, is designed to encircle the neck, with the asymmetrical piece gently flowing toward the collarbone. We really like the organic shape and how fragile the statement piece appears. The shape merges the colours together gently and unpredictably. The piece, called Lanterna, is available in a limited edition of 60 unique pieces, with each one individually numbered and signed.

    Nike x Sacai collaboration

After their hugely successful SS15 collaboration, Japanese label Sacai has once again teamed up with Nikelab, continuing to apply Sacai founder Chitose Abe’s signature aesthetics to classic sport styles, and creating a new vision of Nike heritage through innovative materials and a reverence for movement.

Nike x Sacai collaboration Chitose Abe is redefining activewear with her NikeLab x Sacai collection, offering up ballooning windbreakers, pleated skirts, and sleek leggings that are already loved by athletes and fashion folk alike. For her new autumn and holiday collection, Abe took her marriage of fashion and sport one step further, expanding her range of products to include swingback bomber jackets, tailored wool skirts, and several neon iterations of the Nike Dunk sneaker—all items that can live happily outside the gym. If Abe’s smart mash-ups of performance-wear and style aren’t enough to catch your eye, the star of the collaboration’s new imagery surely will: five-time tennis Grand Slam champion Maria Sharapova is the face of the campaign. The autumn 2015 collection dropped earlier this month and the holiday collection is set to drop on December 10. Shop here!

  3. Sophie Bille Brahe x Sacai, On Collaborating For The Show

When the models strolled down the runway in Paris, we saw an urbane and sporty collection in the delicate drapes and fabrics that we have come to expect from Sacai, but with a twist. Sophie Bille Brahe had, together with Chitose Abe, Sacai’s creative director, created a collection of deconstructed jewellery to add a certain touch to this delicate look. The collaboration seemed obvious since Abe had been a great fan of the Danish jewellery brand and can be seen wearing their pieces often.

The jewellery consists of original Sophie Bille Brahe designs that have been deconstructed into pieces that seem broken (on purpose). This can be seen in pieces such as the Croissant Claire earring with the dropped diamond, which is hanging loose on a gold string. We are super-excited about these rather avant-garde pieces, and we can’t keep from jumping for joy when told that they will be available in Sacai stores worldwide.
